Do I need to be home for the service?
We strongly suggest to be home during the first appointment for a proper introduction. Afterwards, a key and clear instructions on how to get in and out will suffice.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem! We know plans change, and things come up.
Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment, and we will gladly cancel or reschedule it at a better time for you. Please note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy and cancelling within this time period will result in a $75 fee.
Can I trust your cleaning professionals?
All service providers that we refer passed a background check and has been reference checked. We work only with the best cleaners that passed our safety screening process.
Which method of payment can I use when doing business with CleanifyPros?
You can pay either pay by bank transfer (E-transfer) or with a credit card when booking online. For commercial cleaning, details will be discussed in the contract. Late fees will apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service. A $75 late fee will be applied to overdue accounts after 3 days, plus 2% monthly interest (24% annually) until the balance is paid. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be referred to collections, with all recovery costs charged to the client.

Is there anything that you wont clean, what do house cleaners not cover?
For safety reasons, there are certain things our residential cleaning services do not include:
- Ceilings and any other surfaces outside of average reach
- Mould removal
- Lifting or moving heavy items, including furniture
- Exterior cleaning, including walls and windows
- Moving furniture that has delicate valuables on or in it

Do you provide your own commercial cleaning supplies and equipment?
Please note that our standard cleaning contracts do not include consumable paper supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and other products unless arranged beforehand. If you’d like to add paper products into your contract, our service consultants will gladly talk with you about your options.

The first meeting is all about understanding your cleaning needs. It’s a brief, on-site consultation where we meet with you to make sure we understand your expectations and answer any questions you may have. Then, we will send you a quote for your consideration.
When we begin the cleaning service, our management staff is on site with the crew to ensure a smooth start. Periodically, we also conduct quality control audits on the cleaning to ensure consistency.
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
